Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Order placed and paid using PayPal. I received payment receipt and order confirmation, however after a few days the order status changed to "not paid" on their website. No responses from their customer service after multiple attempts at contacting them. They didn't even respond to the Paypal dispute. Used to be good, but now essentially scammers cashing in on veterans as a marketing ploy.

Good Coffee - Horrible Customer Service The coffee is fine, but the customer service is terrible. If all of your deliveries come as scheduled and you never have need to contact them, you will be happy. But, if you need to contact them about an issue, they don’t respond. I sent many messages, waited on hold for a very long time (multiple times) and tried their “Bots Chat”. No luck. I cancelled my subscription after 6 years.

Beware of reoccurring subscriptions The coffee is pretty good, but the subscriptions are not! Be aware, you have to keep subscriptions for 90 days, they won't let you cancel online and you can't get anyone to answer the phone! I was going to keep one subscription and cancel one, but because of this I'm stuck for 90 days. I'll cancel everything as soon as I possibly can.

Loyalty Rost I was given a 12oz package of your "Loyalty Rost" coffee. I spent 23 years in the USAF and with out a doubt this coffee is the absolute WORST tasting coffee I have ever had. During the brewing process it did not even smell like coffee or taste like the regular coffee I use.(maxwell house).

Customer Service is horrendous I have had issues with the website every time I have used it in the past three years. I tried to sign up for the coffee club for two days and every time I entered my information I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried to order as a guest and four times at checkout I noticed that one item was changed to one I didn’t want and my state of residence was changed to a different state. I tried calling today and after being on hold far too long and listening to the damned awful music and annoying announcements I hung up. I called back later to request a call back but that option was not offered that during that call. After a long wait I hung up. I’m never buying their coffee again and I have been drinking it exclusively for the past 3-4 years. I wanted to send an email but I couldn’t find one. There are other veteran coffee makers and I will try those.
