GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Product is good however customer service is HORRIBLE - been a customer for years. Had a subscription order sent incorrectly. Upwards to 3 hours to try to get it resolved. Replacement order sent by DHL 7 to 10 day minimum delivery. Can't talk to a supervisor. Can be put on a supervisor call back list to receive a call in about 3 to 4 business days. Wait times on the phone is upwards from 30 minutes to 2 hours when you are 4th in line Online chat when you have 1 ahead of you is 30 minutes ONE OF THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES- and this company is supposed to be Veteran owned and service Veterans

GBGreat coffee! Offers Subscrptions! I've been shopping at the Pigeon Forge store since they opened even though I don't get out that way often. I love the freshly brewed coffee in the cafe there. I just recently became aware of the subscription service and am looking forward to receiving my first order. Thanks so much for the heads up to the staff at BRCC PF!

GBBeen ordering since 2020 and oof Been ordering since 2020 and the coffee WAS amazing.... Back in 2020. Between recently receiving beans well over 2 months past roasting date and this god awful UPS innovations service taking over a week to move ONE state over, I'm done. For lower price I'll just support local roasters here in Phoenix.

GBBeware of reoccurring subscriptions The coffee is pretty good, but the subscriptions are not! Be aware, you have to keep subscriptions for 90 days, they won't let you cancel online and you can't get anyone to answer the phone! I was going to keep one subscription and cancel one, but because of this I'm stuck for 90 days. I'll cancel everything as soon as I possibly can.
