GBI ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday… I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it. Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

GBGood site but things can be better Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.

GBGood product if you've already perfect… Good product if you've already perfect knowledge about what you're purchasing. However, product inquiries are pointless. Customer service untrained and incurious. And their reply to my review makes my point perfectly. Thank you.

GBElektra Microcasa a leva 1 st line equipment was outstanding to work with. Very knowledgeable and very fast secure shipping. Machine arrived in perfect working order. Very happy with the Elektra Microcasa. This makes better espresso than my coffee shop can, with the same beans! Tip: lower the pressure stat about 1/2 a turn. The pressure is set from factory too high. Makes a much sweeter espresso and does not affect steam pressure at all.

GBJim Piccinich replied to my request on… Jim Piccinich replied to my request on returning an item. He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.
