I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

GBGood product if you've already perfect… Good product if you've already perfect knowledge about what you're purchasing. However, product inquiries are pointless. Customer service untrained and incurious. And their reply to my review makes my point perfectly. Thank you.

GBGreat company Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.
