I am so very happy! I am so very happy to have my same machine - The Export, Ponte Vecchio, back in my life and also the fine coffee grinder recommended by Jim. Awesome team at 1st Line Equipment and fast shipping despite the crisis we are all in. Speaking of which, what better way to get through COVID-19, having the ability to have true Barista at home for our family. Great advice and product I called sales for help in picking out an espresso machine. I had narrowed it down to a few choices, and the salesperson gave me additional information that helped me feel good about making the decision. I got the Caffeum Perfectus Minima and am very pleased with it! I feel like I can always trust that this company will give honest information and that they are experts in the industry.

Great company Great company! Parts ordering could use better interface ease, but the part I needed was express-delivered at no extra charge. All else equally excellent. Still the best expresso-based site and company on the net. Have received the coffee too, and am looking forward to trying it.

Jim Piccinich replied to my request on… Jim Piccinich replied to my request on returning an item. He started rebuking me for buying a part that did not work with my equipment. he continued with "where in the our sites states this is the right part" and "Didn't you check the return policy" following with "I'll charge restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping as well".. I understand policies but the fact that he did not show concern with my issue says a lot about himself and this company. I am surprised with all the reviews and respect other's opinion. I did not have a good first time experience. Ended up keeping the item instead, I felt humiliated by this person and did not want to deal with them anymore.

I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday… I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it. Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!
