1st-line is a fantastic company 1st-line is a fantastic company. I've bought several prosumer espresso machines and grinders from them and they've always been great. I've had a few problems with the espresso machines and Java Jim helped me solve the problems quickly. It's so nice to deal with a company where people are experts in their field. 1st-line is the only place I will buy espresso equipment. 10/10.

1st-Line refused to honor their… 1st-Line refused to honor their commitment to price match as per advertisement on their site. Their reply, after flatly refusing to match the price, and verbatim, is “Unfortunately, we have very limited stock and we do not know when the next shipment will arrive.” If they refuse to honor their own policies, I don’t think that they have any credibility, whatsoever.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!
