GBI ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday… I ordered a Rancilio Silvia last Friday morning and had it sitting on my porch Monday afternoon. My previous R Silvia (purchased from 1st line 18 years earlier) had finally perished after consistent weekly/daily service. They were so fast I didn’t even have to worry if my beans were still fresh, amazing! These folks are on it. Good to talk with too, I have purchased various small items (commercial grade porta filter, double baskets) always easy and fast!

GBI really appreciate the guidance and… I really appreciate the guidance and information provided by Jim before I purchased my espresso maker and grinder. Keep up the good work. ps. I look forward to purchasing and testing the Lelit flow profiling kit on my new ACS Minima, when it becomes available again.

AEDirty Mignon Mat Kit I got the product just now and I was so disappointed to the quality of the item they sent. It is Eureka mignon mat kit which they open the box to put the shot glass inside. By doing so they should already noticed the quality or the condition of the item that they are sending. The black mat looks like its a used item which looks dirty compared to the same product in an unboxing video. The only thing in the kit that looks new is the brush that comes with it as it has a plastic wrap on the brush and the shot glass which is an additional order. Overall I'm not happy with this order and will not order again.

GBPurchased a micro care a leva machine Purchased a micro care a leva machine. Worked great for about 600 cups. Then died. The issue is 1st line will not assist in diagnosing the problem or referring any way to fix. So a lot of money for a short lived machine. It is pretty though. To save those reading below. Essentially they say “not their problem”. Which is effectively true. However they are the one company you’ll get referred to if you have an issue and you can see the response below. The. They pepper the response with gratuitous insults. Of course no machine lasts forever (and I’d never expect it to) but most last for a reasonable time commensurate with price.
