Dirty Mignon Mat Kit I got the product just now and I was so disappointed to the quality of the item they sent. It is Eureka mignon mat kit which they open the box to put the shot glass inside. By doing so they should already noticed the quality or the condition of the item that they are sending. The black mat looks like its a used item which looks dirty compared to the same product in an unboxing video. The only thing in the kit that looks new is the brush that comes with it as it has a plastic wrap on the brush and the shot glass which is an additional order. Overall I'm not happy with this order and will not order again.

Great advice and product I called sales for help in picking out an espresso machine. I had narrowed it down to a few choices, and the salesperson gave me additional information that helped me feel good about making the decision. I got the Caffeum Perfectus Minima and am very pleased with it! I feel like I can always trust that this company will give honest information and that they are experts in the industry.

Fantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

Good site but things can be better Easy to use website, fast delivery, but I purchased 2 product a grinder tray and double shots glasses. The tray had some dirt on it inside the box indicating that it probably was an open box but that wasn't mentioned when I placed the order the other thing is that one of the 2 shot glasses has a sharp edge (not safe to drink from so I tossed it out). But I like the coffee tray and didn't mind that it was an open boxed item I just figured that it should be mentioned upon purchase and no big deal about the cup its only $6 dollars.
