GBFantastic service and friendly staff! I ordered a brand new MaraX. It shipped quickly, but arrived with technical issues due to UPS handling. I emailed 1st-Line's tech support and received an immediate response with helpful steps to repair the problem myself. I was even called by Jim himself to make sure the steps helped and the machine was running properly!

GB1st-Line refused to honor their… 1st-Line refused to honor their commitment to price match as per advertisement on their site. Their reply, after flatly refusing to match the price, and verbatim, is “Unfortunately, we have very limited stock and we do not know when the next shipment will arrive.” If they refuse to honor their own policies, I don’t think that they have any credibility, whatsoever.

GBHurray for stock alert messages Lelit water softener cartridges have been out of stock for some time so I appreciated the ability to have 1st-line automatically send an email when new supplies were available. I immediately ordered, shipping cost was reasonable and I received the softeners in just a few days. Couldn’t ask for more.
