GBI ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon I ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon. That is the first and last time I will order from this company. I was ripped off with the Wooden Cork Shipping Protection - 200.00-299.00. I have had friends tell me... Never order anything from California. Nothing good comes from that state.

GBI bought a bottle as a gift I bought a bottle as a gift, thinking this would be fast and/or convenient. They didn't technically misrepresent anything, but order fulfillment up to 5 days is a little disappointing, especially for a website. It would have been faster and cheaper to buy the bottle and wrap/ship it myself. Shipping + gift wrapping cost me as much as the wine. I didn't feel it was worth it for gift giving.

GBOrdered 2 bottles of scotch Ordered 2 bottles of scotch. Advertised 'ship next day'. I authorized FedEx charges. 9 days later - nothing. Contacted them and was told 'working on it'. 14 days later, still nothing. Now reading long list of dissatisfied customers. I put dispute with cc company to cancel. Contacted Wooden also. Either just poor service or maybe scam.

GBScam Scam. Ordered $200 of run of the mill whiskey. When it hasn't delivered/shipped in over 2 weeks I contacted them about the status and they just said "sometimes it can take awhile". I then told them to cancel and they replied "sure for 10% merchant fee". I think they're just farming orders so people eventually cancel and they can charge 10%. Stay far away
