GBOrder not shipped, unable to contact anyone at company I placed an order with them, but they have not shipped it (it has been 2 weeks) and they have been impossible to contact. They don't reply to emails and no one answers their phone number. I will have to take this up with my credit card company, since I'm not sure this is even a real company that ships alcohol at this point.

GBA few clicks and a week and a half… A few clicks and a week and a half later one of my favorite bourbons was at my door. Professionally wrapped kept the goods safe. Will continue to buy from Wooden Cork.

CAHorrendous service Horrendous service. I order a item they had in stock. 9 days I had to reach out to get feedback to be told they actually don't have stock and don't know when they will get it. No real feedback as to when my order will be sent as they don't know when stock is coming. And no apology or refund for their own mistake.

GBI ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon I ordered 2 bottles of Blantons Burbon. That is the first and last time I will order from this company. I was ripped off with the Wooden Cork Shipping Protection - 200.00-299.00. I have had friends tell me... Never order anything from California. Nothing good comes from that state.

GBNot disappointed at all! I ordered my product, which was elusive in most areas, and I received it in 16 days. I was not expecting it right away so I was not disappointed at all. The product was packed so well and I appreciated it as it was expensive. I contacted customer service for my tracking number and they immediately responded to my request.
