The only reason I gave them one star is…avoid Wooden Cork if you care about how you come across to friends or clients The only reason I gave them one star is because it was the lowest possible rating. I paid 42.50 for shipping one bottle of Eagle Rare to a clients on March 8, and as of today -it has not been delivered. When I reached out and complained that I had paid for expedited shipping, they (very politely) responded to me and told me that’s their standard shipping. When I complained today that it was still not there, nearly 2 weeks later, they (very politely) responded to me that 7 to 9 days is normal for shipping. I responded (very politely) that I will never do business with them again. So I’m (very politely) suggesting that no one do business with Wooden Cork. Find a local retailer and pay them to deliver.

Scam Scam. Ordered $200 of run of the mill whiskey. When it hasn't delivered/shipped in over 2 weeks I contacted them about the status and they just said "sometimes it can take awhile". I then told them to cancel and they replied "sure for 10% merchant fee". I think they're just farming orders so people eventually cancel and they can charge 10%. Stay far away

Order not shipped, unable to contact anyone at company I placed an order with them, but they have not shipped it (it has been 2 weeks) and they have been impossible to contact. They don't reply to emails and no one answers their phone number. I will have to take this up with my credit card company, since I'm not sure this is even a real company that ships alcohol at this point.

Horrendous service Horrendous service. I order a item they had in stock. 9 days I had to reach out to get feedback to be told they actually don't have stock and don't know when they will get it. No real feedback as to when my order will be sent as they don't know when stock is coming. And no apology or refund for their own mistake.
