GBDisappointed BEWARE when ordering. The processing and shipping times are presented as giving an option of expedited. The fine print is "1-9 days". I was expecting within two business days. Wasted $49.99 and frustration on this. Will reconsider my purchase for business with a faster process and go with a known source!

GBNever received my purchase or my refund After waiting nearly two months for my order, I called to cancel. I was told by Ken that I would receive an email to confirm the cancelation within 48 hours. That was nearly 1 week ago. My order has yet to be canceled and I have not been refunded. I believe an update from the company explaining a shipment delay would be better than ghosting your customers. I called several times, but only after I left a voice-mail concerning their credibility, did I receive a call back. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this company. - Still waiting for my $150 refund.

GBThe only reason I gave them one star is…avoid Wooden Cork if you care about how you come across to friends or clients The only reason I gave them one star is because it was the lowest possible rating. I paid 42.50 for shipping one bottle of Eagle Rare to a clients on March 8, and as of today -it has not been delivered. When I reached out and complained that I had paid for expedited shipping, they (very politely) responded to me and told me that’s their standard shipping. When I complained today that it was still not there, nearly 2 weeks later, they (very politely) responded to me that 7 to 9 days is normal for shipping. I responded (very politely) that I will never do business with them again. So I’m (very politely) suggesting that no one do business with Wooden Cork. Find a local retailer and pay them to deliver.

GBGood experience cancelling order I had ordered from them and when the order had gone through, there was a confusing notice about an additional shipping charge that was $69.99, as much as the order itself (plus the FEDEX charge). I went online and saw the reviews about the high charge, 25% restocking, poor customer service and felt I had made a terrible mistake. I immediately emailed and left a message cancelling my order. To their credit, they responded in 36 hours. My order was cancelled and credit card credited within 24 hours. I have left feedback about the confusing and concerning shipping charges but wanted to say that my experience in cancelling my order was very timely and no additional charges appeared.

GBNot disappointed at all! I ordered my product, which was elusive in most areas, and I received it in 16 days. I was not expecting it right away so I was not disappointed at all. The product was packed so well and I appreciated it as it was expensive. I contacted customer service for my tracking number and they immediately responded to my request. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!
