The Wine Cellarage services over 400 private collectors and a growing base of retail clients from our 25,000 square foot climate-controlled wine storage facility. Great service and very good selection Great service and very good selection. You need to check pricing though because it ranges from extremely good to quite high. Personally, I don't need to have the lowest price on the web, just fairly competitive, say within 10 to 15% of the low price. When you buy a wine and then see you paid 20 to 25% more than half a dozen other usa sites are selling it, it is a little disheartening. But, their products are in great condition, their prices are usually very competitive and their packaging is first class so I think they are a very good wine sorce.

So far not so good So far not so good. Placed our first order of nearly $700 three weeks ago. We did not realistically expect to get the order immediately. However, after multiple requests for updates on order status (profile just shows 'processing' with no change) we have yet to have any response or updates. Our due date on the CC charge has come and gone ... No delivery, No wine, No communication from this company and No response to our email/account profile inquiries. FTR? at the time we placed the order the delivery date listed on the case of wine was 07/17/203. We're past that date.

Wine in transit with UPS too long. My wine delivery was arranged with Cellarage well in advance to ship on Monday (11/30/15) for delivery by Thursday evening. My wine was picked up by UPS on Tuesday morning, instead of Monday, with delivery now scheduled for Friday evening. The UPS trailer arrived at the destination terminal (Austin, TX) Friday morning around 4:30 am, but my shipment was not unloaded until Saturday and not delivered until Monday evening. On Friday afternoon I received an email notification of a possible delay. Later on Friday afternoon, knowing the shipment had arrived in Austin, I spoke to a UPS customer service representative regarding why and when, to no avail.

inconsistent quality issue I purchased 6 bottles of wine, this is a wine which I have tried and like very much. Upon receiving the wine, I tried 2 bottles so far, the taste of the 2 identical bottles are day and night, I would not think they are the same wine. I can only assume there could be some improper storage issue.

Didn't ship product The product I purchased as a wedding gift for my friend was not shipped to her apartment. I saw her months after her wedding and asked her if she received the give because I had not received a thank you yet. She said she had not received it. She called wine cellerage and they shipped her her wine. But, if she had not called, i don't think she ever would have received it. She said this happened with others as well.
