No returns?!!! Seriously wish I read these reviews before I ordered! Getting married on a budget. Know my size as I've tried several other dresses on. Ordered standard size 16, not custom. Does not fit. Having customer service email war with them now about how to return for refund. That does not seem to be an option?!! Want "pics of the problem" say "sorry you're not satisfied" blah blah blah! I just want to return & get refund. If anyone knows what I can do. Please let me know!

I would give them NEGATIVE stars if it was possible. THE SITE IS A SCAM! I ordered 2 dresses in IDENTICAL size. One dress arrived in completely wrong colour, but at least correct size. Second dress is 2 sizes too small in the Bust area with broken zipper, horrible embroidery, completely different colour and design to the original. Dressale refuse to aknowledge any of the faults, nor to pay the full refund as clearly stated in their return policy for the above mentioned faults. The company is a FRAUD! Every positive comment you see on any review site is either posted by themselves, or by someone they paid to post. Professional dressmaker inspected both dresses and confirmed how UNPROFESSIONAL and totally unacceptable they both were, she was stunned how anyone can pass something like that as quality. I would NEVER EVER bought anything if I read all the negative reviews out there BEFORE I placed my order. Every word people say how Dressale treat customers and refuse to refund money for a total rubbish products is complete truth. I received the same set of rubbish emails in response to loads of pictures and video evidence. More than enough proof was supplied yet Dressale continue to deny that the size is incorrect and cover up with "hand made" approach for all other faults. The Company acts under false advertising, breach of copyright and Fair Trade!

horrible everything-DON'T BUY!! ordered my daughter's prom dress-it came about 2 weeks later than expected, It was squished into a bag and I was surprised it was the dress. Opened it up and the corset strings were ripped in half and off the dress. Plus the dress was NOTHING like the picture shown, it looked ugly-they used a picture from the designer's site and put it on their website. Spoke to the designer and she confirmed they do this-as well as many other sites. So we asked to return due to damage and it looked nothing like what we ordered. They are arguing now that there is no way the dress could be damaged (so they don't have to refund) I am still arguing with them and they are insulting my intelligence and will not even believe for a second the dress is damaged. Horrible customer service, ugly dresses-DON"T BUY you will be disappointed!!! Still hoping my credit card, paypal or BBB will fight to get our money back......

Scam! Poor quality, and customer service. CALL PAYPAL FOR REFUND IF UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE, AND WANT A REFUND, READ FOR SOLUTION: I bought a formal dress from Dressale.com for my son's wedding. The dress arrived stuffed in a bag, poorly sewn, crooked, falling apart, and a straight pin stuck in the waistband still. I sent several emails to the customer service for a full refund to which they said to have a local seamstress fix the dress, and they offered a discount on my next purchase (as if). I noticed the payment was processed through Pay Pay so I called their customer service at 1-888-221-1161, and was told as long as it is within 45 days from purchase I could file a claim. PayPal is giving them 10 days to resolve the issue, and if they do not PayPal will refund the money. CALL THEM

Dressale.com from Hong Kong/Asia is a scam! Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY DRESS FROM ASIA and especially from Dressale.com! Even if you read a positive review, do NOT purchase. Your dress will come to your horror as—not the dress they advertised. I foolishly did this because I read one positive review. It looked nothing like the dress, was about 5 sizes too big, despite giving them exact measurements, used 2 visibly different fabrics and the sewing level was amateur. They would not return my dress, even though I went through their "return process." I finally was refunded through Paypal, as I made a complaint that they were fraudulent (selling goods not as advertised) via Paypal and won! They also kept calling my cell phone from a skype number after I made the complaint through Paypal. They are scammers! Do NOT BUY from dressale.com!!! I ended up buying an affordable David's Bridal dress at the last minute, which was less expensive and lovely. Don't put yourself through this, as planning a wedding is stressful enough. Learn from my mistake!
