HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY I order a dress from this company just to receive it, the dress look nothing like the picture it was cheap material was itchy and I order a white dress and it came with red stitching. I email them and they told me to take it to the alteration to have it removed and they will give me 10% off my next order LOL like I would order again!!! We went back and forth with the email they finally told me "NO DRESS IS JUST LIKE THE PICTURE AND MY STANDARDS WERE TO HIGH"....Thank goddess I paid with paypal I filed a dispute. They company lied and said I special order the dress so no return, I showed paypal were I order a shock dress and my money was refunded!! I wrote two poor reviews on there website but they removed them and put 5 stars. So they remove all negative reviews this company is horrible do not order from them ever. They should not be in business

It looked nothing like the dress, was about 5 sizes too big, despite giving them exact measurements, used 2 visibly different fabrics and the sewing level was amateur. i was trying to return this dress back so i call the dressale on this help and i got my penny back from them

Scam! Poor quality, and customer service. CALL PAYPAL FOR REFUND IF UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE, AND WANT A REFUND, READ FOR SOLUTION: I bought a formal dress from Dressale.com for my son's wedding. The dress arrived stuffed in a bag, poorly sewn, crooked, falling apart, and a straight pin stuck in the waistband still. I sent several emails to the customer service for a full refund to which they said to have a local seamstress fix the dress, and they offered a discount on my next purchase (as if). I noticed the payment was processed through Pay Pay so I called their customer service at 1-888-221-1161, and was told as long as it is within 45 days from purchase I could file a claim. PayPal is giving them 10 days to resolve the issue, and if they do not PayPal will refund the money. CALL THEM

Total Scam--These people are frauds I left a previous review, which has now been removed after months, along with many others--mostly negative-- that had been here. I bought a prom dress for my daughter back in April. It was terrible. It had fabric bunched up and sewn into the seams, uneven hems, and came late. As with everyone else who's had a complaint, they gave me the run around for days, claiming the dress was fine, that I could fix it "in the local," and offered me 10 percent off my "next purchase." They do NOT stand behind their "satisfaction" guarantee. They try to delay until it's too late to dispute the charge. I got my money back by making a fraud complaint with Paypal and disputing the charge to my credit card through Paypal. Don't let them rip you off--keep yelling until someone listens. This company is a total scam.

Placed an order 2/11/2020 and never… Placed an order 2/11/2020 and never heard anything from them. They charged my credit card and I got no response after sending several emails and called the phone number on their website. There is no voicemail setup on the number and just rings. This is a scam site.
