GBThey will not have proper room… They will not have proper room availability, best pricing, or ease of communication once you contract with them. Your guests will not be happy using them and you will not be happy because they will not return your calls or emails.

GBBe careful with these people Be careful with these people. We booked them for my daughter's wedding in Mexico and we had the worst experience. From inflated prices to poor customer service, everything was bad. We had 70 people in our party, almost everyone booked the transfer to and from the airport with them. For majority of the people, no one showed up at the airport. They charged everyone $90 for the ride when the cab was only $15. And guess what, they also arranged for the same taxis that we could get on our own. Customer service was terrible. No one picks up the phone, they only communicate via emails when there is a problem.

GRDo Not Recommend This company does a good job on the front end but once they have you locked in they are not willing to accommodate your needs and simply say, "we can't help you". This happened to us multiple times with this agency and I would NOT RECOMMEND using them unless you like being disappointed.

GBUnwilling to refund my trip although… Unwilling to refund my trip although they stated I would be refunded within 7-10 business days. Apparently I missed the “refund window” 65 days prior to trip, however this was never mentioned prior to my authorization of cancellation. To the contrary I was told I can expect the refund! And now they’re refusing. They are also unwilling to change the date instead of cancel. I’m supposed to be out of $1800.00 and accept it. I will continue to fight and am also going to seek legal counsel. Though the contract does state the refund requirement, the fact that I was told I would be refunded should over ride!

MXThis company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent, there is no value added to their services. They are taking advantage of the fact that wedding guests are forced to use them. I tried to book a return flight airport transfer that was included in my package that was prepaid, and they would not accommodate me first because I was not booking round trip transportation (which actually would save them money). When I decided it was not worth it to arrive early I changed my flight and they still would not accommodate me because I missed their artificial deadline, nor would they refund me for services not provided. I had to spend an extra $500 on transportation that I already paid Destify for. They create these artificial rules that are one-sided so that they can rob you blind. They do not care about customer service or doing what is right.
