GBIf you are having a destination… If you are having a destination wedding; its super important to have a good travel agent to represent you. This company does not give you the proper guidance and will make sure that things go horribly when planning your destination wedding. Please rethink before using the as your travel agent. In addition, rather than trying to right their wrongs, they don't do anything to help better the horrible situation they put you in. Once its too late, you cant turn back and use a different agent.

MXThis company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent, there is no value added to their services. They are taking advantage of the fact that wedding guests are forced to use them. I tried to book a return flight airport transfer that was included in my package that was prepaid, and they would not accommodate me first because I was not booking round trip transportation (which actually would save them money). When I decided it was not worth it to arrive early I changed my flight and they still would not accommodate me because I missed their artificial deadline, nor would they refund me for services not provided. I had to spend an extra $500 on transportation that I already paid Destify for. They create these artificial rules that are one-sided so that they can rob you blind. They do not care about customer service or doing what is right.

GBDo not Book your room with Destify! Like has been said before if you have any changes they stick it to you in the pricing. My situation changed and I had to change and attendee and the dates of the stay. An extra $150 for the replacement attendee, then the room rates went up over 30% from the original booking. Better to just book directly with the hotel from the start. It has taken a dozen emails to make the change. So yes their customer service sucks the big one!

GBDestify is a sham of a company Destify is a sham of a company. Very terrible customer service and stringent booking policies. They made my guests over pay for their three night stay $1000 over the rate provided directly through the hotel. There is absolutely no reason to work with destify.

GB0 star review I wish I could write a 0 star review. My best friend is renewing her vows and I was all in even before I got the information. I paid my deposits the minute I received the link. Nevertheless, this was 8 months before the wedding. As life would have it, a series of things started happening and I had to, firstly, make a name change to the reservation because my boyfriend and I broke up- I contacted Destify and was informed that I had to pay another deposit for the name change (I added my son this time) So now here I am heartbroken and with $450 in the hole because I got a new job and cannot travel at the time of the wedding in December. Since I'm new I don't have seniority for the December holidays. Not sure why they charge all this money when we are the ones doing the actual booking and choosing. Complete rip off! The wedding is 3 months from now and now they get to keep all my money. Unacceptable!
