Be careful with these people Be careful with these people. We booked them for my daughter's wedding in Mexico and we had the worst experience. From inflated prices to poor customer service, everything was bad. We had 70 people in our party, almost everyone booked the transfer to and from the airport with them. For majority of the people, no one showed up at the airport. They charged everyone $90 for the ride when the cab was only $15. And guess what, they also arranged for the same taxis that we could get on our own. Customer service was terrible. No one picks up the phone, they only communicate via emails when there is a problem.

They will not have proper room… They will not have proper room availability, best pricing, or ease of communication once you contract with them. Your guests will not be happy using them and you will not be happy because they will not return your calls or emails.

0 star review I wish I could write a 0 star review. My best friend is renewing her vows and I was all in even before I got the information. I paid my deposits the minute I received the link. Nevertheless, this was 8 months before the wedding. As life would have it, a series of things started happening and I had to, firstly, make a name change to the reservation because my boyfriend and I broke up- I contacted Destify and was informed that I had to pay another deposit for the name change (I added my son this time) So now here I am heartbroken and with $450 in the hole because I got a new job and cannot travel at the time of the wedding in December. Since I'm new I don't have seniority for the December holidays. Not sure why they charge all this money when we are the ones doing the actual booking and choosing. Complete rip off! The wedding is 3 months from now and now they get to keep all my money. Unacceptable!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Horrible customer service and horrible company. Do not waste your precious time or money with these people, they simply do not care about the people they serve. We have had the worst experience with Destify as well as our guests. Destify gave away our original wedding date without any explanation, just a half assed apology. Their customer service is completely horrible. Do yourself a favor and work directly with the hotel, Destify is BS and you honestly don't need them, we didn't. They also lack accountability for their many mistakes and every response was blaming the hotel which we had a wonderful experience with our hotel. Don't get scammed by this company.

This company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent, there is no value added to their services. They are taking advantage of the fact that wedding guests are forced to use them. I tried to book a return flight airport transfer that was included in my package that was prepaid, and they would not accommodate me first because I was not booking round trip transportation (which actually would save them money). When I decided it was not worth it to arrive early I changed my flight and they still would not accommodate me because I missed their artificial deadline, nor would they refund me for services not provided. I had to spend an extra $500 on transportation that I already paid Destify for. They create these artificial rules that are one-sided so that they can rob you blind. They do not care about customer service or doing what is right.
