Delay engagement ring and Financial Damage I bought a ring online (for the engagement with my girlfriend). My payment got refunded, because of the refund I payed twice for exchange rates. My financial damage €296,11/$317,72. I took my girlfriend to a trip, this trip will be without a ring! If you want to disappoint your love ones. Destroy your capital here! Customer service is also very poor. No understanding for the situation and no thinking.

We will be back! My girlfriend and I recently came in and had the best experience with Bryce. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and went above and beyond our expectations. We felt welcomed and comfortable as an LGBTQ couple, and did not feel pressured to buy anything. I had no isssues getting a loose diamond Ordered a laboratory made 2.62ct, F color, VS1 clarity, emerald cut diamond on a Tuesday. Paid a little over $10k for it, $11k with tax. Similar natural diamonds were around $30k+. Diamond arrived following Monday, a day earlier than expected. I am not sure about all these neg. reviews on here. I had 0 trouble.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I received a quote on the phone, was quoted in USD, paid over the phone, received the invoice in USD however was charged the exact same amount in GBP. They won’t discuss anything via email, just say to call however when I insist on email they don’t reply. Will be following up with legal advice
