Unless you want to be absolutely stuffed around… not worth it when dealing with something as important as your wedding bands/ ring. These are time sensitive purchases. And you don’t need the additional stress - trust me!

I had no isssues getting a loose diamond Ordered a laboratory made 2.62ct, F color, VS1 clarity, emerald cut diamond on a Tuesday. Paid a little over $10k for it, $11k with tax. Similar natural diamonds were around $30k+. Diamond arrived following Monday, a day earlier than expected. I am not sure about all these neg. reviews on here. I had 0 trouble.

I got a email later stating that the diamond I choose was no longer available due to a inventory glitch. They instead would give me a 1.93 carat free of charge. The date of arrival was 4/10. I had spoken to the customer service individual the day before making sure I'd get it. She acknowledged that I would get a tracking number. I instead got another email for a delay for 7 days. I have to purpose 4/13 and now would be without a ring. I went to James allen and got the same exact ring shipped to be at 75% the cost. Brillant earth : $4972. James Allen $3944 and I got the shipping expedited from James Allen so becareful with briilant Earth all they did was send me a two sentence apology email.

My financial damage €296,11/$317,72. I took my girlfriend to a trip, this trip will be without a ring! If you want to disappoint your love ones. Destroy your capital here!
