NLDelay engagement ring and Financial Damage I bought a ring online (for the engagement with my girlfriend). My payment got refunded, because of the refund I payed twice for exchange rates. My financial damage €296,11/$317,72. I took my girlfriend to a trip, this trip will be without a ring! If you want to disappoint your love ones. Destroy your capital here! Customer service is also very poor. No understanding for the situation and no thinking.

GBOrder a solitare setting with a Tear… Order a solitare setting with a Tear drop 1.92 carat ring on March 25th. I got a email later stating that the diamond I choose was no longer available due to a inventory glitch. They instead would give me a 1.93 carat free of charge. The date of arrival was 4/10. I had spoken to the customer service individual the day before making sure I'd get it. She acknowledged that I would get a tracking number. I instead got another email for a delay for 7 days. I have to purpose 4/13 and now would be without a ring. I went to James allen and got the same exact ring shipped to be at 75% the cost. Brillant earth : $4972. James Allen $3944 and I got the shipping expedited from James Allen so becareful with briilant Earth all they did was send me a two sentence apology email.

GBTerrible Service Product needed to be returned for resizing, but the return shipping labels provided and the process in general did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Had to resize the product locally instead which was not refunded by the company. Poor experience all round. In future just buy from a good local company instead! Avoid this company and save yourself the stress.

GBConstant Repair Required I bought an engagement ring from Brilliant earth in June 2023. Good experience with the sales team, but the ring itself has had TONS of problems. So far we've had to send it in to their facility for repairs twice (each time it took at least 4 weeks to get back) and now it has even more issues. My fiance is EXTREMELY careful with the ring, (doesn't wear it working out or to bed) and even so it keeps losing accent diamonds left and right. Now, the main diamond is also loose. You buy an engagement ring to last a lifetime and we haven't even made it to the wedding before this ring has fallen into disrepair. Very disappointed.
