Terrible company Terrible company. Cheap defective products marketed as “luxury”. Horrendous customer service. What a waste of time. The coating on my husband's wedding band started scratching off after 4 days. They said I could get a partial refund, as in, I return the ring and they keep $1150 of my money. I had to threaten legal action, going to the BBB, the Attorney General's office to get a refund. Then they said the only way to get my $ back is to sign an NDA to not tell people about my terrible experience with them. They wouldn't let me have my attorney review this NDA before signing. I told them I'm not signing anything and they can discuss with him. BE backed down on the NDA and gave me my full refund. It shouldn’t have to come down to customers threatening legal action, and a company coercing customers into silence, to get a refund on a defective product. What a disgusting way to treat your customers.

Constant Repair Required I bought an engagement ring from Brilliant earth in June 2023. Good experience with the sales team, but the ring itself has had TONS of problems. So far we've had to send it in to their facility for repairs twice (each time it took at least 4 weeks to get back) and now it has even more issues. My fiance is EXTREMELY careful with the ring, (doesn't wear it working out or to bed) and even so it keeps losing accent diamonds left and right. Now, the main diamond is also loose. You buy an engagement ring to last a lifetime and we haven't even made it to the wedding before this ring has fallen into disrepair. Very disappointed.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I received a quote on the phone, was quoted in USD, paid over the phone, received the invoice in USD however was charged the exact same amount in GBP. They won’t discuss anything via email, just say to call however when I insist on email they don’t reply. Will be following up with legal advice

HORRIBLE service HORRIBLE service. Mary in customer service should quickly find work not dealing with customers. Order delayed by billing department she said and meanwhile billing address updated in bank account and brilliant earth took the funds with no order number. I call just to be told shipping before valentines is a lie anyways it will take 3 weeks so i dont need to rush and they will hold my money for 2 days. I ask if they can expedite shipping after order resolved and no, ask to get my money back then and no. I ask to talk to billind department or manager and mary says manager will be availabke in 24 to 48 hours. No customer service at all.

Order a solitare setting with a Tear… Order a solitare setting with a Tear drop 1.92 carat ring on March 25th. I got a email later stating that the diamond I choose was no longer available due to a inventory glitch. They instead would give me a 1.93 carat free of charge. The date of arrival was 4/10. I had spoken to the customer service individual the day before making sure I'd get it. She acknowledged that I would get a tracking number. I instead got another email for a delay for 7 days. I have to purpose 4/13 and now would be without a ring. I went to James allen and got the same exact ring shipped to be at 75% the cost. Brillant earth : $4972. James Allen $3944 and I got the shipping expedited from James Allen so becareful with briilant Earth all they did was send me a two sentence apology email.
