GBHORRIBLE service HORRIBLE service. Mary in customer service should quickly find work not dealing with customers. Order delayed by billing department she said and meanwhile billing address updated in bank account and brilliant earth took the funds with no order number. I call just to be told shipping before valentines is a lie anyways it will take 3 weeks so i dont need to rush and they will hold my money for 2 days. I ask if they can expedite shipping after order resolved and no, ask to get my money back then and no. I ask to talk to billind department or manager and mary says manager will be availabke in 24 to 48 hours. No customer service at all.

GBBait and switch The photos of the diamonds you pick and the one that gets sent to you are different. The customer service will also hang-up on you.......absolutely ridiculous to send an entirely different shape

GBTerrible Service Product needed to be returned for resizing, but the return shipping labels provided and the process in general did not work at all despite numerous attempts. Had to resize the product locally instead which was not refunded by the company. Poor experience all round. In future just buy from a good local company instead! Avoid this company and save yourself the stress.

AUI wish I could give zero stars!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!! SUPER DODGY company. Do not recommend. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Unless you want to be absolutely stuffed around… not worth it when dealing with something as important as your wedding bands/ ring. These are time sensitive purchases. And you don’t need the additional stress - trust me!

NLDelay engagement ring and Financial Damage I bought a ring online (for the engagement with my girlfriend). My payment got refunded, because of the refund I payed twice for exchange rates. My financial damage €296,11/$317,72. I took my girlfriend to a trip, this trip will be without a ring! If you want to disappoint your love ones. Destroy your capital here! Customer service is also very poor. No understanding for the situation and no thinking.
