worst service ever I will not be purchasing from brilliant earth again. I purchased a engagement ring, supposed to be delivered 10 days ago. They emailed me saying my order was pending cancellation and I tried verifying multiple times over the phone/via email. I spent 2 days countless hours to solve this problem. Then they told me I would receive my ring in 3 days, before my order was delayed yet again. The only compensation they offered me was on a future order, when quite frankly I don’t want to transact with them again. Or a free item for 150$ or less which for men there’s nothing under $195.

Awful customer service Awful customer service. I received a quote on the phone, was quoted in USD, paid over the phone, received the invoice in USD however was charged the exact same amount in GBP. They won’t discuss anything via email, just say to call however when I insist on email they don’t reply. Will be following up with legal advice

Bait and switch The photos of the diamonds you pick and the one that gets sent to you are different. The customer service will also hang-up on you.......absolutely ridiculous to send an entirely different shape

Terrible company Terrible company. Cheap defective products marketed as “luxury”. Horrendous customer service. What a waste of time. The coating on my husband's wedding band started scratching off after 4 days. They said I could get a partial refund, as in, I return the ring and they keep $1150 of my money. I had to threaten legal action, going to the BBB, the Attorney General's office to get a refund. Then they said the only way to get my $ back is to sign an NDA to not tell people about my terrible experience with them. They wouldn't let me have my attorney review this NDA before signing. I told them I'm not signing anything and they can discuss with him. BE backed down on the NDA and gave me my full refund. It shouldn’t have to come down to customers threatening legal action, and a company coercing customers into silence, to get a refund on a defective product. What a disgusting way to treat your customers.

We will be back! My girlfriend and I recently came in and had the best experience with Bryce. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and went above and beyond our expectations. We felt welcomed and comfortable as an LGBTQ couple, and did not feel pressured to buy anything. We found exactly what we wanted, and will both be back to buy each other’s engagement rings and eventually our wedding bands as well.
