GBNo replies to emails, poor customer service I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10. They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.

GBAbsolutely awful company Absolutely awful company. Ordered Dec 1 and still no item. They gave me a fake tracking number which never worked then proceeded to tell me they would begin shipping in a few days. It’s now Dec 21 and no christmas present. IM LIVID! Phone number doesn’t work either. Use a different company. Will be disputing with my bank. Scammers around the holidays are disgusting people.

GBSince my last review I miraculously… Since my last review I miraculously received my order a long time after it was due. Missed Father’s Day completely. Although the company have asked if I would remove my previous review (with a discount code incentive, which I decline) I’m instead writing this. The email address is still fake on their site as was the tracking code. I would not use this company again and do not trust it.

GBI bought a wedding canvas for my cousin… I bought a wedding canvas for my cousin and she just received it and absolutely loved it. I was nervous at first because the background picture I sent was a little blurry, but you all fixed it. She sent me a picture and it was so beautiful, more than I expected. Thank you so very much Family Panda, I will definitely be ordering from you again in the near future!
