Perfection! My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! Timeless Memories Canvas Wow! I ordered the Timeless Memories Canvas for my parents 60th Anniversary. It came out beautiful and they loved it. We were all so happy with the purchase. Excellent customer service My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

Great gift, good quality! I was looking for something that I could get my wife for our anniversary. I came across Family Panda as was a little skeptical because of how their web address looked until I read the reviews. The Website was easy to use and the communication was good. They were able to get my order to me 8 days after I placed my order. The only thing I didn't like was the freight company they use. They don't give much for communication as to where your package is at, and the information they do give isn't very accurate.

It’s a scam It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!
