They were emailing me & staying in touch the entire process. I was very greatful that they allowed me to change my picture. When ordering a canvas I put a note in… When ordering a canvas I put a note in explaining our situation and asking if it all possible the order arrive by my parents anniversary. My mother has not been well and we were hoping this special gift would arrive for their 65th wedding anniversary. Since it was outside even the expedited window of delivery I did not expect it to happen. But on the day of their anniversary it arrived by FedEx! This is customer service beyond what I have ever experienced. This truly made the day special and I am forever grateful!

The picture came out beautiful The picture came out beautiful! My son and daughter in law absolutely love it. The words to their wedding song make it even more special.
