AUAdvertised discount not honored The advertised discount of 20% off wasn’t honored when I paid and the normal price was charged. I contacted Virgin Experience Gifts and they promptly apologised and said a refund will be organised into my credit card. Great service. My friend who I gifted the experience to of going to the Top of the Rock loved it. Thanks Chantelle.

GB"does not expire" but must pay extra... Received as a gift years ago. Admittedly it's a bit late in redemption, but the voucher says "does not expire" with not other stipulations. Just tried redeeming it, and now it's requiring we pay the price increase, as it's been longer than 9 months. Nothing on the voucher mentions this. Lame. Overpriced in any case.
