GB"does not expire" but must pay extra... Received as a gift years ago. Admittedly it's a bit late in redemption, but the voucher says "does not expire" with not other stipulations. Just tried redeeming it, and now it's requiring we pay the price increase, as it's been longer than 9 months. Nothing on the voucher mentions this. Lame. Overpriced in any case.

GBThey WILL fix things We signed up for tours over the weekend using Virgin Experience but had some confusion over the scheduling of tour packages (we wanted one with drinks and one without but it ended up being too complicated). The tour operator was not very helpful (20+ emails and end result was ‘talk to Virgin’). Stressful. In the end, and once Monday rolled around and customer service was back, Virgin resolved the issues. Make sure to have good documentation.

GBPurchased an exp website… Purchased an experience- but website issues mean it’s impossible to book. Have been chasing for a week now for this to be resolved, but no reply other than ‘please bear with me a moment’ Have requested refund, and whilst this request has been assigned to my original enquiry - again no substantive response.

GBRashieda is THE BEST Rashieda, was incredibly kind and understanding. I greatly appreciated all their help. I had so much anxiety, I thought I made my brothers birthday reservation incorrectly. I wanted it to be a surprise and time was of the essence. Rashieda was calm and collected and most importantly able to fix everything so effortlessly.
