She brought up things I should consider that weren't even on my radar and I didn't know to ask about. I am not usually impressed by service these days and this was fantastic service. So far, everyone I have worked with at Inc Authority has been knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am looking forward to working with Inc Authority for the remainder of this year and will likely renew with them.

Very Poor Customer Service I opened my LLC with this company based on the good reviews and an apparently good offering. My onboarding specialist Ty was very helpful in the beginning to set up the company. As I was abroad, we did everything over a Google Meet call. He sent me over his contact details and told me I could reach out to him anytime. So after a few failed attempts to contact Ty and get a reply, I tried their chat. The attendant Kinzey was pretty unfriendly and told me that the only way is to contact via phone, which is hard if you’re not in the US and there is no other way on how to get a hold of them. Really poor customer service. I am left with many unanswered questions and with no choices. I deeply regret my decision to trust in their service.

Andrew is the man!! Andrew is the man!!! Super patient and exceptional listening skills. Was super communicative and. Had an out going personality that made the process fun smooth and packed with knowledge. Decent customer skills are hard to find. This man had amazing customer service skills and that in itself would make him an asset to any company. I can’t say enough good things about this man. He felt like my long lost twin brother with the same name and all. Keep it up man you’re doing great!

Inc Authority is AWESOME! Mr. Joe Dittus was very helpful, explanatory, detail oriented, and patient with me, as I was outside in the middle of laundry upon receiving this unexpected call.
