I received a call from Amy Hart about…Business startup advice I received a call from Amy Hart about my business and she was super helpful in answering questions and explaining everything. She brought up things I should consider that weren't even on my radar and I didn't know to ask about. I am not usually impressed by service these days and this was fantastic service. So far, everyone I have worked with at Inc Authority has been knowledgeable and easy to work with. I am looking forward to working with Inc Authority for the remainder of this year and will likely renew with them.

Very Poor Customer Service I opened my LLC with this company based on the good reviews and an apparently good offering. My onboarding specialist Ty was very helpful in the beginning to set up the company. As I was abroad, we did everything over a Google Meet call. He sent me over his contact details and told me I could reach out to him anytime. So after a few failed attempts to contact Ty and get a reply, I tried their chat. The attendant Kinzey was pretty unfriendly and told me that the only way is to contact via phone, which is hard if you’re not in the US and there is no other way on how to get a hold of them. Really poor customer service. I am left with many unanswered questions and with no choices. I deeply regret my decision to trust in their service.
