BRVery Poor Customer Service I opened my LLC with this company based on the good reviews and an apparently good offering. My onboarding specialist Ty was very helpful in the beginning to set up the company. As I was abroad, we did everything over a Google Meet call. He sent me over his contact details and told me I could reach out to him anytime. So after a few failed attempts to contact Ty and get a reply, I tried their chat. The attendant Kinzey was pretty unfriendly and told me that the only way is to contact via phone, which is hard if you’re not in the US and there is no other way on how to get a hold of them. Really poor customer service. I am left with many unanswered questions and with no choices. I deeply regret my decision to trust in their service.

GBAndrew went above and beyond any… Andrew went above and beyond any customer service person I have ever seen. He was relatable, but professional. He answered all my questions and convo was smooth. Any company would be lucky to have him. We was the best.

GBCustomer Service I had called plenty of times to get my email changed, I still wasn't getting everything so I called one last time and spoke with Mark Wafford and he did all that was necessary to change my email and resend all of my required documents.
