Trucking business LLC… Just did my start up on my trucking business today and Ben Tucker was very helpful and understanding with what I'm wanting to do and the process of timing in all aspects of my business. Very Poor Customer Service I opened my LLC with this company based on the good reviews and an apparently good offering. My onboarding specialist Ty was very helpful in the beginning to set up the company. As I was abroad, we did everything over a Google Meet call. He sent me over his contact details and told me I could reach out to him anytime. So after a few failed attempts to contact Ty and get a reply, I tried their chat. The attendant Kinzey was pretty unfriendly and told me that the only way is to contact via phone, which is hard if you’re not in the US and there is no other way on how to get a hold of them. Really poor customer service. I am left with many unanswered questions and with no choices. I deeply regret my decision to trust in their service.

Customer Service: Top Notch! I have to admit that I really needed some special hand holding and Alexis Aldama provided just that to me with grace, patience and calmly gave me with next steps in managing my LLC with perfect instruction. Her attention to detail, her punctuality and kindness makes her a true treasure! Decent Customer Service is hard to come by, however amazing customer service is even harder to find these days. I was at ease with Alexis and she provide me the guidance I truly needed. Thank you Alexis!

Inc Authority is AWESOME! Mr. Joe Dittus was very helpful, explanatory, detail oriented, and patient with me, as I was outside in the middle of laundry upon receiving this unexpected call.
