Leeds base merkur slots is one of the worst venue you could choose to go, I play in 3 or 4 different venues with all the same rules unless you go leeds, so every other venue you walk in and get to play a game either spin the wheel or scratch cards... In Leeds you had to wait for 10mins before even asked for either spin wheel and then minimum 50p a spin with your cash match... They are rude unprofessional no customer service experience.

Customer service is shocking on all levels, if you report poor customer service dont expect management to care and just let it continue. Staff are rude and always on their phones or you find them hiding in the toilets using their phone! it is mad! However even upper management dont care about this. Avoid the Bedfordshire branch.
