DKNo problems on download and activation I have only used direct2drive once, but have had no problems. Downloaded the game just fine and both the preordercode and the actualy gamecode worked fine. I have not needed any contact with customersupport so cannot comment on that.

GBI BOUGHT AND TRIED TO INSTALL BORDERLANDS. THE SUPPORT TEAM HAS YET TO HELP ME INSTALL IT OR TO GET TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE REQUESTED NEW KEY, SAID THE ACTIVATION WAS NOT VALID AND IT FAILS TO INSTAL I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH D2D AGAIN. SUPPORT GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO REPLY TO NOTHING I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT. THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING DONE TO GET MY PURCHASE RUNNING CORRECTLY, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS SUPPORT TRIED TO HELP ME, AND I WANT A REAL TECH THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, NOT THESE PRE-SCHOOLERS YOU HAVE TRIED TO PAWN OFF ON ME. GBGreat Price and great service! I ordered Fallout: New Vegas Collector's Edition from them today, for the best price I've seen for a new game like this. As soon as you order, you check your account page and download the serial key to put into Steam. Voila! It doesn't get any easier than that! Great game, great price, plus the Digital collectors edition.

CAAvoid like the plague, or throw your money down a bottomless pit... Same as all the rest, tried to regain access to my games, but it seems the company is now on autopilot with no real people responding to emails or maintaining the site, avoid like the plague... Also, their sales suck nowadays anyways, last time I made a good purchase on an on-sale item was 2010...

GBPre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.
