GBI think it's a fantastic service. I've used D2D for 3 years now, and have never been dissappointed with the speed of downloads, considering you're downloading an entire game, and the selection's great. I've only had one hangup when trying to redownload a game, but the problem was solved by their customer service within 24 hours. Since first trying it, the only other place I've purchased games from was Steam, and only then for games that I can't get through any place but Valve, or when games are on sale. Speaking of which, I think that's about the only thing I can say that D2D isn't good at, discounts on games that aren't old.

GBI BOUGHT AND TRIED TO INSTALL BORDERLANDS. THE SUPPORT TEAM HAS YET TO HELP ME INSTALL IT OR TO GET TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE REQUESTED NEW KEY, SAID THE ACTIVATION WAS NOT VALID AND IT FAILS TO INSTAL I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH D2D AGAIN. SUPPORT GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO REPLY TO NOTHING I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT. THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING DONE TO GET MY PURCHASE RUNNING CORRECTLY, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS SUPPORT TRIED TO HELP ME, AND I WANT A REAL TECH THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, NOT THESE PRE-SCHOOLERS YOU HAVE TRIED TO PAWN OFF ON ME. OR REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. STEVE PARKER

CADodgy site, be wary. Absolute garbage. Tried activating a code on Steam to find out it had already been activated by another account. Non existent support was no help. Avoid at all cost no matter how good the deals are. UPDATE: finally received new key that works, but I would still be wary.

GBPoor Customer Service I purchased several games from D2D, and now that Gamefly took over (over 6 weeks ago) almost none of my PC games are available for download. GS took over Impulse, and my games were available right away. I have contacted support at Gamefly several times, with no result except a promised a 20% discount, but that won't cut it if they cannot deliver what I already paid for. It seems that Gamefly bit off much more than they can chew, I would steer clear until they unsnarl the mess that they are in.

GBAnyone unhappy with treatment (or lack … Anyone unhappy with treatment (or lack there of) by Direct2Drive should email me at RealD2DCustomer @ gmail.com and we can see about a possible class action lawsuit if they don't want to opt for coming to some kind of resolution. I would much prefer to get either working CD Keys for all my games or reimburse me so I can purchase them elsewhere. But it seems to me that the company has basically abandoned it's site and customers since roughly sometime in Aug of this yr (2017)?
