I think it's a fantastic service. I've used D2D for 3 years now, and have never been dissappointed with the speed of downloads, considering you're downloading an entire game, and the selection's great. I've only had one hangup when trying to redownload a game, but the problem was solved by their customer service within 24 hours. Since first trying it, the only other place I've purchased games from was Steam, and only then for games that I can't get through any place but Valve, or when games are on sale. Speaking of which, I think that's about the only thing I can say that D2D isn't good at, discounts on games that aren't old.

Bought fallout 3 back in 2014 Bought fallout 3 back in 2014 played on this machine.. woke up one spring morning in 2017 and game magicly not working saying key is invalid contact D2D support and they say blah balh somthing to do with comp merger 2 years ago tell me it will be fixed by september we are noww november still no reply or answer from anyone..company is trash dont recommend

Great Price and great service! I ordered Fallout: New Vegas Collector's Edition from them today, for the best price I've seen for a new game like this. As soon as you order, you check your account page and download the serial key to put into Steam. Voila! It doesn't get any easier than that! Great game, great price, plus the Digital collectors edition.

Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.

They are not what they used to be I have purchased games with them in the past before they were purchased by gamefly who greatly diminished their reputation. Now I have trouble trying to access my old games I purchased through them but but they respond back in 2-3 days with help. I would prefer if they had a telephone or customer service that way. Would be more convient.
