No problems on download and activation I have only used direct2drive once, but have had no problems. Downloaded the game just fine and both the preordercode and the actualy gamecode worked fine. I have not needed any contact with customersupport so cannot comment on that.

Dodgy site, be wary. Absolute garbage. Tried activating a code on Steam to find out it had already been activated by another account. Non existent support was no help. Avoid at all cost no matter how good the deals are. UPDATE: finally received new key that works, but I would still be wary.

Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.

As soon as you order, you check your account page and download the serial key to put into Steam. Voila! It doesn't get any easier than that! Great game, great price, plus the Digital collectors edition.

(the one issue I had was due to a demo version conflicting with the d2d version) Pricing is per the norm.A greater variety of seasonal sales than steam,and sometimes gets things quicker than steam.
