SHITY SITE This hosting site has a bad support reply sometimes they don't even reply on your message and then they just close it.and when I wanted to cancel my server I waited 3 days to get the reply and the server was just shity had problems all the times and my friends couldnt join my server and only my server not even if didn't have mods on and they just said that it was his computer that couldnt play ark even if he reinstalled everything So I don't recommend this site even if it's cheap Guys and girls don't buy here it would be a big mistake

The server was was not setup The server was not automatically set up. I submitted a ticket and received a response after an hour asking if I got an E-mail about access to the control panel. I replied that I had not, after 17+ hours, the server is still not set up, and no response has been received from customer service beyond the one line response I will be attempting to get my money back, avoid this company like the plague.

I'd give less stars if possible I'd give less stars if possible. I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there. Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank. Please read this review before purchasing i wish i did

Good Services Been through a couple of name changes, but their service and customer support cannot be beaten. You won't find better without spending a lot more. We were forced to migrate our websites due to our previous hosting company ceasing to trade and we put our trust in them and we don't regret that decision one bit. Throughout the migration, they were on hand to ensure the process was seamless and smooth. Highly Recommended.

Expect to have your money stolen There is no way to cancel your server subscription but by filing a support ticket to do so. When I did this, I received no response and my server remained active and I continued to be billed. When I followed up two weeks later reiterating that I wanted my server closed, they closed my support ticket without any response and still did not cancel my server nor the monthly payment. Do not use this service unless you want to "cancel" your server by contacting your card company and blocking their automatic billing.
