I've had a server with them for 2 days… I've had an Ark server with them for 2 days now, around 50 hours or so. The first day it ran fine, but at the 26 hour mark it went down, and has been down since. Sent a ticket to customer service when it went down at 10:17 pm est last night, it is currently 8:33 pm tonight (over 22 hours later) and yet still not a word from them. I moved all of my dinosaurs and items over and it's looking like the server isn't coming up anytime soon with this neglectful customer service. If there is a problem with one of their servers or a mistake on my end it would be nice to know, as long as someone would get a hold of me and let me know what's going on.

The server was was not setup The server was not automatically set up. I submitted a ticket and received a response after an hour asking if I got an E-mail about access to the control panel. I replied that I had not, after 17+ hours, the server is still not set up, and no response has been received from customer service beyond the one line response I will be attempting to get my money back, avoid this company like the plague.

I'd give less stars if possible I'd give less stars if possible. I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there. Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank. Please read this review before purchasing i wish i did

The experience is just getting worse.. The experience is just getting worse... the cancelled service (that I cancelled on the second day because it never worked in the first place), is still trying to invoice me for my money. For an entire week I have been posting support tickets for these people to cancel my account but no response. I had to move ALL my money from my account to another just to prevent them from automatic withdrawal. This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever worked with. If you have any sense in you DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
