Zero Tech Support (Even when they mess up) Zero customer service. I have multiple tickets open for 3 weeks now with no response. This happened in the beginning of this year also, it took 1 month to get the server back up, the gave me a $9 credit for it but then never used the credit and continued charging my card. At this point, I'm going elsewhere and I've had to dispute my current CC charge with them because they are not responding to cancellation either.

The experience is just getting worse.. The experience is just getting worse... the cancelled service (that I cancelled on the second day because it never worked in the first place), is still trying to invoice me for my money. For an entire week I have been posting support tickets for these people to cancel my account but no response. I had to move ALL my money from my account to another just to prevent them from automatic withdrawal. This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever worked with. If you have any sense in you DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there. Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank. Server down; no responses on ticket, double-billed, not great. The game server I rented went down one day after the end of the first month of billing. I opened a support ticket that went unanswered for 10 days, and at that point, decided to cancel. However, EternalHosting was kind enough to charge me...twice...for that second month of billing. After I cancelled, they were kind enough to charge me again for the third month. The absolute lack of communication from EternalHosting and the fouling up of billing makes this entire service feel like a scam. Take your hosting needs elsewhere.
