DEthe server was lagging that change our… the server was lagging that change our IP 3 time.... and no effect. Every time that said that new mashing was set up wrong and we need a new one.

GBDifficult Interface - Not For Beginners I have used other ARK server hosting sites and I can say this has been the least user friendly. Not only that, but there isn't a solid save function so whenever you shut down your server to make changes it will go back to whenever it last auto saved... which could be up to an hour before. Once you add mods the only way to edit the server after that is by using the text editor (or this site will overwrite all the mod text and you'll have to re-add all the mods every time) so the only slightly helpful interface that comes with this hosting site becomes worthless. I am capable of googling and figuring this all out eventually, but it took longer than I would have liked to get the server the way I wanted and the price wasn't really a huge steal for the added difficulty.

GBLost my server Lost my server. They said it was a bad hard drive but the issue was I lost it in my config window I could still log in and play. Instead they loaded up a new server and said sorry for your lost. After I called them on thier BS they shut down the IP address so I could no longer access my game. Do people fall for this BS talk still? They offered me a free week. Then 2 weeks. Why would I want 2 weeks of shoddy service? After leaving this review they then told me its not fair of me to give a bad review for things out of thier control. Sorry but lying about bad hardware is in their control. So is redundancy. How all my info is just on one hard drive with no data back up is amazing. Exactly how many other people lost their games because of this 1 hard drive OR was this just an excuse? I have moved on to a better service. I suggest anyone reading do the same.

FRpretty good using these guys for my empyrion server and cant complain, it works well and they answer support pretty fast. i would reccomend them, i would give them 95/100 One thing that did annoy me is they suspended my server after i didnt pay for it for, they said it was automatic, but a little bit more grace would be nice.

GBGreat Customer Service, inteface a bit hard to understand. Ags Server hosting interface is a bit clunky and hard to understand in the begging but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Their customer service is awesome, so if you need any help they will answer you in a matter of minutes always very professional and willing to help. Thank you James Richards for helping me out today with my server backups and restoring the saves to a state where most of if was not lost.
