CANO email for days! It gets worse! Well starting with my first day no email as to account set up or anything so I opened a ticked , lots of response for the ticked so the support personnel were very good. But somehow their email were not being sent or getting through to me I checked everything I could from my end blocked spam folder everything. So I decided to cancel the service. Well now that it was forwarded to accounts Dead silence I have to use their ticket system to communicate and even that has no replies. Not sure if they are fly by night or just having issues. USE CAUTION dealing this these folks! Instead of dealing with the issues I get this: "If you are willing to remove the review I can then do a full refund for you. Kind Regards," name withheld for privacy I cancelled prior to their guarantee window and they want to force me to remove the negative review. Ask yourself this How many others have they done this to, so as to keep their rating higher?

FRpretty good using these guys for my empyrion server and cant complain, it works well and they answer support pretty fast. i would reccomend them, i would give them 95/100 One thing that did annoy me is they suspended my server after i didnt pay for it for, they said it was automatic, but a little bit more grace would be nice.

GBThe Good & The Bad (Overall Good) UPDATE: You better hope that you don't ever have any difficulty on the weekend, as the technical support crew for the weekend is astronomically unhelpful. They don't actually read the tickets and provide no actual help other than stock answers that don't relate to your question at all. The Good: Great customer service, fantastic response times (Literally two minutes went by and I had a response to my help ticket), great price. Three excellent qualities that definitely make these people worth the money. The Bad: Constant stability issues, server crashes fairly regularly, and we often have difficulty connecting. Server Control Panel says everything is fine, but Steam/Ark can't find our server until we stop & restart, sometimes we have to restart several times before it begins working. I also recommend having a VERY short snapshot timer, ours is set for every 15 minutes since our server was so spotty for a while we would lose hours of play at a time. All in all I am content, their customer service and affordability really makes up for the server stability issues. (Having a short snapshot timer is a good workaround for that particular problem.) Server still crashes, but losing a few minutes of work rather than an entire evening is much easier to take.

GBSuper Customer Support I was interested in getting the game changed on my server, I was contacted by Rylan via the AGS Support System, They were polite and cordial, they helped me know my options and potential fees that I might incur. Once I asked to go ahead, the changes were made within 10 minutes which is amazing to me. I'd highly recommend the services provided here.

GBDifficult Interface - Not For Beginners I have used other ARK server hosting sites and I can say this has been the least user friendly. Not only that, but there isn't a solid save function so whenever you shut down your server to make changes it will go back to whenever it last auto saved... which could be up to an hour before. Once you add mods the only way to edit the server after that is by using the text editor (or this site will overwrite all the mod text and you'll have to re-add all the mods every time) so the only slightly helpful interface that comes with this hosting site becomes worthless. I am capable of googling and figuring this all out eventually, but it took longer than I would have liked to get the server the way I wanted and the price wasn't really a huge steal for the added difficulty.
