GBSo easy to configure. I found this company a few months ago and never looked back. The simplicity of what they offer is astounding, especially for Ark. Simple mod installs/configurations, automated tasks to keep the server and mods updated ect ect. The list goes on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a solid server.

GBAGS Support is wonderful On two occasions, John Knight has been the final solution after a few messages from others. He is top tier! AGS support has been very consistent overall. Any issue I have had has either been easily fixed on my own with the help of their extensive knowledgebase or addressed professionally and promptly by a representative. I have been especially impressed with how quickly responses come in, especially very late at night and on weekends. I will do all of my server hosting through AGS in the future :-)

GBLost my server Lost my server. They said it was a bad hard drive but the issue was I lost it in my config window I could still log in and play. Instead they loaded up a new server and said sorry for your lost. After I called them on thier BS they shut down the IP address so I could no longer access my game. Do people fall for this BS talk still? They offered me a free week. Then 2 weeks. Why would I want 2 weeks of shoddy service? After leaving this review they then told me its not fair of me to give a bad review for things out of thier control. Sorry but lying about bad hardware is in their control. So is redundancy. How all my info is just on one hard drive with no data back up is amazing. Exactly how many other people lost their games because of this 1 hard drive OR was this just an excuse? I have moved on to a better service. I suggest anyone reading do the same.

GBThe Good & The Bad (Overall Good) UPDATE: You better hope that you don't ever have any difficulty on the weekend, as the technical support crew for the weekend is astronomically unhelpful. They don't actually read the tickets and provide no actual help other than stock answers that don't relate to your question at all. The Good: Great customer service, fantastic response times (Literally two minutes went by and I had a response to my help ticket), great price. Three excellent qualities that definitely make these people worth the money. The Bad: Constant stability issues, server crashes fairly regularly, and we often have difficulty connecting. Server Control Panel says everything is fine, but Steam/Ark can't find our server until we stop & restart, sometimes we have to restart several times before it begins working. I also recommend having a VERY short snapshot timer, ours is set for every 15 minutes since our server was so spotty for a while we would lose hours of play at a time. All in all I am content, their customer service and affordability really makes up for the server stability issues. (Having a short snapshot timer is a good workaround for that particular problem.) Server still crashes, but losing a few minutes of work rather than an entire evening is much easier to take.

GBAGS Support is the Best I have been with AGS for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. Their support has made the difference with other companies in my experience. James Richards, a lead support tech, makes sure to clarify what I need if there is any ambiguity, minimizes down time as much as possible, and promptly responds after changes have been made. For those of us that just like to play games and not know the technical server part for a game, it's people like James that reassure that our server and game progress are in good hands.
