Great servers and helpful staff I swapped to AGS for my Ark server after using other hosts for quite some time and so far they have been amazing. They helped me transfer all my old data & set everything up with my limited knowledge and didn't make me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. Ticket replies are very fast and it is nice knowing I can get help at any time of the day/night.

AGS Support is wonderful On two occasions, John Knight has been the final solution after a few messages from others. He is top tier! AGS support has been very consistent overall. Any issue I have had has either been easily fixed on my own with the help of their extensive knowledgebase or addressed professionally and promptly by a representative. I have been especially impressed with how quickly responses come in, especially very late at night and on weekends. I will do all of my server hosting through AGS in the future :-)

affordable and well serviced game … affordable and well serviced game server provided. Tickets are dealt with quickly and professionally. No issues with server downtime and when I have messed up in the past, the team are always there to advise on my setting issues. Great help file, one of the best Ive seen. Couldnt recommend them more.

Your money will be wasted... AGS is one of the worst, if not the worst, game hosting providers. Technically incompetent and dishonest. They do not understand how the various game servers actually work, and PayPal had to force judgement against AGS for what was clearly a warranted and proper refund. I warn you. You will not be able to tolerate their server hosting, and your money will be wasted.

pretty good using these guys for my empyrion server and cant complain, it works well and they answer support pretty fast. i would reccomend them, i would give them 95/100 One thing that did annoy me is they suspended my server after i didnt pay for it for, they said it was automatic, but a little bit more grace would be nice.
