Added value low, costs extremely high Being in the US we wanted to have tickets for baseball. We found the website being ranked high when searching. 1. The company charged app. USD 50 for their "service". This added 30% to the price. 2. We found out after ordering. 3. We entered our address in our home country. We received an email tickets could be downloaded with their app. We had to go online using roaming, resulting in additional costs of app USD 45. The company could have known we would not be able to download the app in advance but no (clear) message was given. 4. The app was not available in our country so it was not possible to download the tickets. 5. Therefore, we had to waste time sorting this out at the stadium. We were afraid we would not make the game in time, which was quite stressful esp. for our kid. Conclusion. Even though the ordering experience is quite smooth, the added value offered is mediocre, the costs are just ridiculous and no information was given about the costs (clearly) in advance. Avoid this company if possible and save your money for some hot dogs and a drink. Based on the reasons above we hope the company would be prepared to compensate us.

Stubhub STINKS I bought tickets Mar 31 for a concert July 6. Thought they would be instant transfer. Now SH is telling me tickets won't be available til day of show. Not acceptable. And won't give me a refund. Reported to my credit card Co. They really stink.

Just another victim to a corporate scalper... Unfortunately I waited too long and had to purchase tickets from Stub Hub and not from the venue. The tickets that were labeled seats 7 & 8 I purchased, at a 300%+ markup, were a far cry from the General Admission Lawn Seats I received. The good old bait and switch. I trusted the site was good and giving me what I ordered as StubHub was very specific in their description of the tickets I ordered. I noticed on the day of the event these were the wrong tickets. After three phone calls to Stub Hub customer service, I was hung up on, told I was given the correct tickets, eventually was given the option for a 25% discount on my next purchase with StubHub, or my money back. I insisted that I just simply want my tickets I ordered and paid for to see the event. Then I was promised an email that was going to give me an option for similar or upgraded seats. This email was going to take several hours for me to receive though...no email after several hours, when I called back again, same thing...I was going to receive and email. No email. So I went to my event and found one of the staff at the show, explained how I just had my knees replaced and was not able to sit in the lawn and that's why I paid for actual seats and they were able to accommodate me and actually enjoy the show. I hope that I never have to use StubHub or any of the other secondary ticket sites again. I am tired or pay exorbitant prices for bait and switch practices and company corrupted moral practices.

Purchased a ticket for a concert in…Boston Purchased a ticket for a concert in Boston and received a fake ticket for a show in LA. Spent hours on chat and on the phone to get a replacement ticket. Was told that I would have multiple choices but that was not the case. I purchased a box seat and received one option half way up in the balcony. During the process it became very evident that they just want to refund your money rather than taking care of their customers.

Yankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.
