Great experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.

It’s a SCAM! It’s a SCAM!! We purchased 3 tickets to the ice hockey game for which we paid a good amount and when we reached the venue, there was no such seats. No customer service, no response to our calls.

Customer Service couldn't be worse It's maddening to spend an hour and 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and reporting the issue at trustpilot, only to receive a totally non-responsive reply from Stubhub. They sent an email describing a completely separate issue, (not mine). They sent another email instructing me to call customer service. Of course, their phone agent had no idea whatsoever why I was instructed to call. Of course, he assured me that whatever my issue is, Stubhub values my business and will resolve it. This issue has occurred regularly for years and now a dozen times in the past month, I've reported it now 4 times (painstaking hours on the phone speaking to fish), and no one takes ownership or even acknowledges that they understand the issue. I've lost hundreds of dollars as a result.

Talk about sMONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWAREcrewing the consumer Talk about screwing the consumer, in this day and age that our technology is at it's peek in terms of how consumers manage their lives. Having made a purchase recently on April15, 2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4, 2024. I will admit there was an error on my part where I accidentally purchased a 3 day pass when in fact I was wanting a 1 day pass. I brought this to the attention of Customer Service immediately (3mins after my purchase) to find out, there is nothing we can do all sales are final and it's up to you to try and sell those tickets and hoping get your money back. WHAT A SCAM, in this millennium where technology keeps us in touch globally STUBHUB can't find it within themselves to go into my purchase profile and edit my purchase?. Really?, its evident that this is a MONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWARE, FIND ALERNATE MEANS OF TICKET PURCHASES FOLKS. This company does not concern itself with it's consumers they take every means possible to not help you in anyway. Bare in mind that I was looking to edit my purchase not a refund of any sort, I end up making a second purchase as this was something my son really wanted to attend for his birthday. So They fished me in twice, I know I'm the sucker in the end, but you should also take into consideration who the fisherman is behind the rod. AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS SITE MANY, MANY DISSATIFIED CONSUMERS i SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE SIGNS

O stars would a better review O stars would a better review! I purchased tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show in Nashville, Tennessee. All went well until I got to the show and was told the tickets where not good for the show I purchase. I got on the customer chat and all they could say was sorry and offered a 25% discount on a future event. I was not pleased with that response and they said I could return the tickets for a full refund. My spouse and I drove 301 miles to attend show. Then after I was blown off in the chat (terminated chat) by a time out. I just quit. Then I went on to my account with Stubhub to check on the 25% off discount a couple days later, only to find out the offered had expired the very next day after event. Will never use Stubhub ever again!
