Yankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.

Order Tickets and Receive a wrong ones I ordered tickets for one section, and I received a totally different section that was a very bad area, and they never take care about credit, refund or exchanging. Very disappointed about this on-line company StubHub.com

Worked for me. I understand why StubHub gets some pretty bad reviews. People pay top dollar for tickets that often involve additional costs for travel and hotels and when things don't work out they are rightfully aggrieved. But StubHub are working in a very dynamic environment, transacting between millions of sellers and millions of buyers. And it is inevitable that things go wrong sometimes. I sincerely sympathise with those for whom this happens. My experience with StubHub has been positive. The tickets I have bought have worked, and their customer service has reached out to me, even called me, when things have not run smoothly. I do not believe that companies like StubHub should exist. Promotors should facilitate ticket resale at amicable rates, and put touts out of business. But they have no apparent interest to do so... and as a result both fans and artists suffer. But StubHub fills a market need, and does so well.

StubHub is a complete scam StubHub is a complete scam! I will never use them again. I bought tickets in November 2023 for a concert in April 2024. I was told the day of the concert, 3 hours before the concert was supposed to start, that they no longer could provide the tickets I originally purchased. This was a graduation present for my son to see Willie Nelson, his dream concert! StubHub was completely unhelpful & unapologetic during the entire meltdown I was having on the phone begging them to help me since we were already on our way to the concert. They said there were no tickets available for me to chose alternative tickets because the prices of tickets skyrocketed from when I purchased them. I don't even understand how it is legal for StubHub to sell tickets to me when they never actually had the tickets to sell. I wish I would have done more research on this company prior to purchasing. DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES ON USING THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASING TICKETS.

Single worst customer experience of recent memory I'm having the single worst customer experience in recent memory with Stubhub. Have been attempting to relist tickets that I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT ON STUBHUB and am caught in a web of their broken website links which do not allow me to resell the tickets. Over two hours of hilariously bad customer service calls have been unable to fix the issues. Guess I will have to eat the $400 tickets. Buyer beware - do not assume you'll be able to resell your tickets if your plans change!
