The seller kept making excuses and … The seller kept making excuses and dragging his feet to the point that I did not get my tickets until 2hours before tip-off. I had to demand my tickets immediately before he actually sent them to me. It was not technical difficulties. It was shady and I was convinced that it was a scam until I actually got into the venue. It was a very uneasy feeling as I traveled by air to Arizona for the game with my 7 year old son. I will never buy tickets like this again.

We ended up purchasing ADA seats We ended up purchasing ADA seats. While the listing mentioned ADA accessible it did not further explain set up. The overall set up did not work for us. Sensational Seats did little to nothing to help us except tell us they would engage the seller. I never heard back. Pretty disappointing interaction with Sensational Seats. Thankfully the sponsoring team helped us with a ticket seat exchange. I wish the posting was more clear and Sensational Seats did more to help us find a solution. I thank the team we are going to see for helping us out.

It worked It worked! I had a crazy experience going into Radiohead show, I was short two tickets with only an hour before showtime at a VERY sold out show. I was skeptical at first but I found two tickets on Sensational Seats. I usually use other ticket agencies....but noone else had a pair left so debated then bought them. While I walked around the venue looking for tickets, I got a text from the ticket owners and they gave me instructions on how to pick up the Gift card at a local 24/7 Fed Ex store. I was able to walk to gain entry and the tickets to Radiohead. It worked! I'd buy from them again for sure...

My 1 st ticket purchase for tickets to Monster Jam in Houston, Tx Inspokewith a Super sweet and helpful lady , did not get or remember her name but do exalt " My Ticket Angel" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! She wet on and beyond, made the process very easy. Got my email notification of purchase and thN received my stickers. Highly recommend , very satisfied!

Link for tickets would not work Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.
