Overall good experience Fees were high as in most online ticket sites but ticket price reduction made it more reasonable overall. Service was immediate and tickets easy to acquire and print. Now if they could just help with the drunk fan who sat in front of us😄.

Details of pick-up and return were shady It was not presented anywhere during my purchase that these tickets would not be available at the venue. It also was not explained that they were required to be returned the night of the event, immediately after. If I had known of these details, we would not have purchased these particular tickets. Some convenience would be appreciated for spending this amount of money.

The seller kept making excuses and … The seller kept making excuses and dragging his feet to the point that I did not get my tickets until 2hours before tip-off. I had to demand my tickets immediately before he actually sent them to me. It was not technical difficulties. It was shady and I was convinced that it was a scam until I actually got into the venue. It was a very uneasy feeling as I traveled by air to Arizona for the game with my 7 year old son. I will never buy tickets like this again.

Second Time Purchase The second time this baseball season I've purchased my tickets from Sensational Seats. The process is easy, simple and legitimate. I've been very pleased with the seats and being able to print my tickets immediately. Next Ranger game we'll be back to Sensational Seats for tickets!

Greedy, Overpriced Hidden Fees The "convenience" fees, "delivery" fees and all the other hidden fees are ridiculous. Seriously, an actual delivery fee for emailing me my tickets? You've gotta be freaking kidding me. Also, the other fees change depending on the price of the ticket. That's just garbage and just plain greedy, just like that atrocious "delivery" fee. Make the fee a single, standard flat fee , regardless of the ticket price. And the increasing prices of those fees are beginning to make using Sensational Seats obsolete. In other words, I'd rather just go directly to the box office for the event I want to attend because I'd only be saving a couple dollars buying the tickets online. And I'm seriously talking about only a couple of dollars. With such little savings, I'll just go directly to the box office and not feel like I'm getting ripped off, thanks.
