Link for tickets would not work Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

.Bs prices. Super. super high outrageous fees per each ticket purchased. If you press complete my order. You will be charged a ton of extra money. .So please review order before you hit complete my purchase. And make a decision. You will be SCREWED. Too much 💲💲👎👎 More than the actual ticket price. SMDH.

Sensational Seats Saved The Day When 'Hamilton' rolled in to our city (yes.... 'Hamilton': Famous for huge demand and low supply) I set my alarm, was online early, got in the virtual line for the venue box office, waited and waited.... and STILL did not get tix. Luckily, Sensational Seats saved the day. They had plenty of good seats to choose from. Ordering was fast and easy, (their website is a dream to use) and I received my tickets when they said I would. My Hamilton-loving 11 year old, her friend, my mom, and I absolutely loved the show, and we're so thankful for Sensational Seats!

Not bad Unfortunately, some of its employees do not explain things as well as they should. I finally, was able to contact an employee that had a better understanding of the company. She did an amazing job at putting me to ease and fix the issues I had.

Pretty bad experience... 1. very sneaky as they offer a lower price than the competition and then tack on costs by saying "ticket prices just increased". I tried this 3 times and it happened every time... 2. I bought tickets in the morning of a 1pm game and spent more than an hour trying to get in touch with Sensational Seats/Ticketmaster/Yankees why they had not been transferred to my Ticketmaster app. Finally ended up going to the stadium and getting print outs there but ended up missing an hour of the game...
