DON'T BUY TIX FROM HERE! DON'T BUY TIX FROM HERE! There was a $100 unseen processing fee that I never saw until it came out of my account. I called the customer service phone number & an obnoxious, very unenthusiastic lady answered the phone. When I explained to her my issue she rudely retorted, "All sales are final." Do not buy from this whack sales site. Ever. For any reason.

One of two tickets didn't work. Tickets were easy to get but when we got to the gate only one ticket work, the other said it was canceled. We had bribe the lady at the gate to let us in, good thing there was assigned seats at this concert. Not only did they cost us an extra $100( in top of the 30+ dollars in fees per ticket), but the embrassment of trying to scramble to get 2 people in the concert with one ticket. I will most likely not be using this site again.

Buyer Beware... Buyer Beware.... purchased 2 tickets for Elton John concert in Boston for a gift for someone who had suffer the loss of their daughter. Only to get to the venue and be told that the tickets were no good. Trying to turn a negative into something positive only to be deceived by Sensational Seats. I'm guessing that the postive reviews are self-initiated by Sensational Seats. Sad state of affairs where people/companies/businesses deceived fellow humans for monitary gains.
