GBYou send me the wrong tickets The ticket order was confirmed by Marvin, then received a call back about replacement tickets. The tickets are incorrect. I’ve been on hold more than 2 hours today. I’ve also tried to chat with Ticket City, and that was a huge waste of time (they told me to try and resell the tickets). Totally inconsiderate

GBI got my Refund with no Hassles! The site that transfers your tickets went down an hour before the game, so I couldn't get my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets, and had to scalp some tickets to get in. I made one phone call Ticket City and they gave me a refund, I was very impressed that they did and was worried that they wouldn't. Ticket City has a loyal customer going forward.

GBInaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.
