Awful Experience with Ticket Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

I got my Refund with no Hassles! The site that transfers your tickets went down an hour before the game, so I couldn't get my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets, and had to scalp some tickets to get in. I made one phone call Ticket City and they gave me a refund, I was very impressed that they did and was worried that they wouldn't. Ticket City has a loyal customer going forward.

We purchased tickets from TicketCity… We purchased tickets from TicketCity who sold us bogus tickets from a suite owner at Ball Arena in Denver. The owner of the suite is only allowed to sell tickets to Ball Arena or Ticket Masters. The suite owner over sold the tickets thru TicketCity but doubled the ticket amount. They’re were about 8 people or more that got scammed. Ball arena let us in but suggested we file a scam report with our Credit Card. TicketCity you should be more aware of who your doing business with.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it… I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get tickets for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour. Actually was able to get them a day before they officially went on sale. I'll be recommending this site to friends and family 💯

Good experience Good experience. No trouble getting the tickets. No trouble getting into the event. But why the conflicting messages about whether or not an e-ticket was enough or that I had to print my ticket out?
