GBInaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.

GBHorrible Experience After purchasing tickets and incurring travel expenses to the event we were informed just hours before the show that the seller couldn't produce the tickets. I would not recommend using ticket city

GBAwful Experience with Ticket Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

GBElton John in Charleston Very good concert. Two and a half hours of non-stop hit after hit. It was a very good venue with an Intimate setting. I felt the fees for the ticket, at least to me, exorbitant. Transportation to the venue (by bus) was good but it could have been better organized bussing folks back to their vehicles.

GBEverything Went Well Everything went really well. I was a little worried on our way there because my phone was having a lot of technical difficulties, for that point it would be nice to be able to print the tickets. I spent about an hour with our cell carrier making sure things were corrected so that I could up the tickets to get into the game.
