Will use again Went to the NASCAR race and did the mobile ticket transfer, I was nervous cuz I tried it before through a different company and it didnt work. Ticketcity was amazing. If I emailed them concerned they contacted me back within 2 days, and I actually got my tickets this year a week before the event instead of the day before. I will be using ticketcity again.

I rely on fanatical customer support, and they provide that support. They make an effort to keep ticket prices reasonable and affordable whenever they can. Good But Need Better Communication Would have been 5-stars except our tickets didn't go into my Ticketmaster account as expected. They landed in my U.S. Open account which woud have been fine if TicketCity would have communicated this. When I contacted them for help in locating the transferred tickets, they were helpful but even their agents didn't know where the tickets were. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Ticketmaster and U.S. Open trying to locate the transferred tickets. Just need better communciation upfront.

We purchased tickets from TicketCity… We purchased tickets from TicketCity who sold us bogus tickets from a suite owner at Ball Arena in Denver. The owner of the suite is only allowed to sell tickets to Ball Arena or Ticket Masters. The suite owner over sold the tickets thru TicketCity but doubled the ticket amount. They’re were about 8 people or more that got scammed. Ball arena let us in but suggested we file a scam report with our Credit Card. TicketCity you should be more aware of who your doing business with.
