Everything Went Well Everything went really well. I was a little worried on our way there because my phone was having a lot of technical difficulties, for that point it would be nice to be able to print the tickets. I spent about an hour with our cell carrier making sure things were corrected so that I could up the tickets to get into the game.

Got to Attend a Concert I thought I Couldn't Afford I researched tickets for a major concert that I really wanted to attend for my birthday. TicketCity had the best priced service fees that brought the tickets and fee cost in at the best when totaled together. The tickets were sent over quickly and when I had difficulty "retrieving" the tickets electronically the customer service team was even in at 6pm on a Sunday evening and solved my issue quickly and politely.

Awful Experience with Ticket Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

From the parking to the venue to the exclusive restaurants, no other site or ticket agency has what TicketCity offers. They are my go-to folks, year after year after year.

Rip Off - Triple Their Own Price RIP OFF - Should be 0 or negative stars Bought tickets to performance through them by mistake as I was unable to get to the venue directly on my phone. It turned out that they changed double the cost of the venue and with their added fees it came to more than triple the cost. They then went out and bought the tickets directly from the venue (either themselves or via another party) at the normal official prices and sent them to us. I was able to go to the venue directly and saw what happened. They had no tickets in advance. We saw the same seats as being available earlier and then sold. I contacted Ticketcity but no refund as they said the tickets had already been purchased. This is how they do business and I was their mark. I will make sure NEVER to use them again.
