GBWe got our tickets a hours before game We got our tickets a hours before game. I ordered these 4 months before game. 2 days before i was chatting with customer service. They assured me that my tickets would be emailed me before the game. This is a SCAM. They wait until it’s too late to see that they sent the wrong seats. Never again!!! These were not the seats we paid for. We went to Washington to see Nationals v/s Phillies. My grandsons first mlb game. The tickets we got was for the last top row in stadium. We ordered and paid for tickets for the 200 section not 400. We had to buy more tickets and we were able to be in section 100 a few feet from field. Oh and they were cheaper that the bogus tickets we received. BEWARE!!

GBVery Pleased Buyers! We were having trouble purchasing Cubs tickets online thus made a call to TicketCity. Very glad we did. The agent we dealt with, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. GBI got my Refund with no Hassles! The site that transfers your tickets went down an hour before the game, so I couldn't get my $579 UT vs Alabama tickets, and had to scalp some tickets to get in. I made one phone call Ticket City and they gave me a refund, I was very impressed that they did and was worried that they wouldn't. Ticket City has a loyal customer going forward.

GBI was pleasantly surprised how easy it… I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get tickets for the Luke Bryan Farm Tour. Actually was able to get them a day before they officially went on sale. I'll be recommending this site to friends and family 💯

GBInaccurate Information About Ticket Delivery The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was. Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.
