Great customer service! My request to change seats was picked up immediately by AXS customer service (Gabriella, thank you!) and I was notified again when everything was arranged. Fast, effective and to the point help, love that!

Had a problem with not being able to view my tickets properly Had a problem with not being able to view one of my tickets properly. Despite having a bit of trouble explaining the problem customer services at AXS stuck with me and resolved the issue which finally turned out to be a technical glitch. It was really nice to deal with the same advisor from start to finish as we had to e-mail back and forth quite a few times. Polite and helpful.

System errors resulting in duplicate (non refundable orders)! I was wanting to purchase 3 tickets for the Summertime Ball and every time I tried the system said there was an error. As there was an error I tried again and now I have ended up with a duplicate order of 6 tickets! If the system errors, why complete the purchase, take the money and then say no refunds. Not happy - if someone can help me with this issue as I have now spent double the amount to purchase 3 tickets, please get in touch!

could be better it was ok but there could be things that could make it now I wasn't a bot like a captcha because its pretty hard to then get live chat because it isn't easy to get to. the live chat is easy and fast takes under 30 seconds for them to respond

Disappointed and Angry I tried several times to use my Barclaycard to book presale tickets at discount price, but the card was not accepted. However, when I used the same card to book at non discount price, it was accepted. I therefore had to pay an extra £28
