GBUseless! I ordered 6 bath towels. 4 arrived packed in two massive cardboard boxes. A week later another huge box arrived containing not the missing towels but 2 fitted sheets. Spent ages waiting for customer service to answer the phone. I'll be interested to see what finally turns up. No delivery notes in any of the oversized boxes. Utterly useless. I ordered towels and received problems and additional expenditure on phonecalls.

GBNOTHING IN STOCK I have been trying to spend money on garden furniture at Asda and every single item is out of stock. Anyone would think it was winter, it is the middle of summer for goodness sake so why on earth are their buyers not ensuring there are goods for their customers to purchase. It is no wonder that stores are going bankrupt or sacking staff because they are not giving the shoppers anything to buy.

GBTerrible I paid for guaranteed delivery on 06.02.2015 Unfortunately Asda chose to use Yodel, the UK's worst delivery company Waited in all day 7am to 7pm no delivery Neither Yodel or Asda are particularly interested really At least I know never to order from them again All I have to do now is wait goodness knows how long for my refund

GBCustomer service is non-existent. Customer service email provided by Asda doesn't work. Phoning them unless you are a customer doesn't work either. I emailed the customer service head Meg Farren. Surprise surprise no response. I wanted to complain about a delivery driver blocking a very narrow street causing problems for others especially in an emergency situation where time is of the essence.

GBSunday delivery. Ordered some items, had the choice of next day delivery so clicked for Sunday, paid the extra delivery charge. Received an email from Hermes to say they had received the item, waiting for it to turn up. At 21.00 received an email to say Asda have refunded the delivery charge, no explanation nothing. If you cannot deliver on a Sunday do not put it as an option.
